At Has2Bhappy, the mission is simple but radical: the best way to care for people is to make them happy.
Rather than configuring support solely around disability or illness, Has2Bhappy takes a bold and innovative approach. As a Community Asset Based enterprise, it places wellbeing at the heart of everything, fostering stronger communities and vibrant social networks that uplift everyone involved.
With a team of over 50 dedicated professionals and a CQC rating of ‘Outstanding’, Has2Bhappy is quietly but powerfully redefining what care looks like.
When Hotfoot was approached by Has2Bhappy, the brief was clear, but emotionally complex: to create a new visual identity and website not just for the main brand, but also for Chloe’s Joy, a heartfelt initiative dedicated to bringing happiness and connection to people in the community, through thoughtful gestures ranging from Wembley tickets to a beach-ready wheelchair.
As Simon Rudd, Founder and Director of Has2Bhappy, explains:
When I first approached Hotfoot, I presented what I believed was an almost impossible challenge. At Has2Bhappy, we’re not just a social care provider for adults with learning disabilities and autism—we are a community built on kindness, joy, and compassion. Capturing that spirit in a website is no easy task. But what made this challenge even more profound was the deeply personal story we wanted to share within it.”
In December 2022, Simon and his wife tragically lost their daughter, Chloe, who had cerebral palsy. Chloe was the inspiration behind Has2Bhappy from the very beginning, and her joyful spirit continues to guide everything the organisation does.
Chloe was the reason I founded Has2Bhappy in the first place. Anyone who met her knows how truly special she was—her presence could make you smile, laugh uncontrollably, and feel loved just by being near her. We didn’t just want a new website; we wanted to honour Chloe’s legacy and share her infectious joy with the world through “Chloe’s Joy,” a part of our mission dedicated to spreading kindness like confetti.”
The team at Hotfoot knew this project needed not just skill and strategy, but heart. And that’s exactly how we approached it. The new brand identity for Has2Bhappy is bright, welcoming, and full of warmth. But it was the logo for Chloe’s Joy that struck the deepest chord with Simon.
Hotfoot didn’t just accept the challenge, they embraced it with heart, creativity, and deep care.
They began by designing a vibrant new logo for Has2Bhappy, but what moved me most was the logo they created for Chloe’s Joy. It beautifully encapsulates Chloe’s radiant spirit and playful joy. I was, and still am, absolutely delighted.
From there, the team worked closely with me every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, their vision aligned perfectly with ours, and what they delivered surpassed anything I had hoped for. They didn’t just build us a website—they helped us tell a story, honour a legacy, and continue spreading the love that Chloe brought into our lives.
I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing people at Hotfoot. Without a moment’s hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone.”
