My first job was a Saturday girl in a hardware store where the bus fare home used up nearly half of what I would be paid in a day!
Most treasured possession?
This would have to be my son James. He's happy all the time.
This is a bit cringe but it has to be 'Let's Get Ready to Rhumble' by PJ and Duncan. I lived in Northumberland for 25 years and grew up watching Byker Grove. It's a little bit of Geordie that I've brought with me to Lancashire!
Calamity Jane. Love this film. I love a good musical and this is just a really great feel good film which I can sing along too, much to my husbands dismay!
Favourite holiday destination?
Iceland. Even though I don't really like the cold, I really want to experience staying in an ice hotel. But maybe only for one night, not a whole week!
What did you want to be when growing up?
When I was very young I wanted to be a vet. I always wanted a dog as a child and as we weren't allowed one, I thought that being a vet would let me see dogs all the time. Now I have two of my own - a whippet called Rupert and a chihuahua called Twigs.
Ebay. I love looking for bargains!
Each Peach Pear Plum. Not very profound as it's a child's story book, but I used to love it as a child and my son likes to read it too.
