St John International
The challenge
St John International is a global charity with 164,000 volunteers worldwide, operating in 44 countries and territories and are the parent body to St John Ambulance.
St John required a new website to better meet their needs as a diverse, growing and modern global organisation, and to align with their business and marketing strategy.
The strategy
Working closely with the St John marketing and executive teams we coordinated a thorough discovery process to establish a comprehensive understanding of their organisational needs. It was important to address user behaviour to create a website that not only looked great but was fit for purpose.
Site mapping, wireframing and user journey mapping were used to create a seamless user experience. Enhanced design, colour and iconography along with dynamic elements brought the site to life.
