A fresh makeover for an international
skincare brand
Que Bella
The challenge
Que Bella is a skincare brand centred around self confidence and self love, offering feel good skincare that is inclusive, authentic and affordable. Founded in 2011 through a partnership with Target in the US, the brand launched with 13 products and has since grown into Target’s best selling face mask brand.
We were tasked with designing a refreshed website and developing a set of brand guidelines to create a consistent visual and tonal identity across digital, packaging, brand values and the overall brand experience.



The Strategy
The strategy focused on creating a clearer and more engaging digital experience that reflected Que Bella’s playful personality while strengthening the brand’s credibility. The site was designed to showcase the product range in a simple, approachable way, helping users quickly understand the benefits of each mask while reinforcing the brand’s values around self care, inclusivity and affordability.
Alongside product discovery, the experience prioritised bold visuals, confident messaging and a consistent design system that could extend across future digital touchpoints and support the wider brand ecosystem.

Brand Guidelines Development
Created a comprehensive set of brand guidelines covering typography, colour, tone of voice and visual style to ensure consistency across digital platforms, packaging and future brand communications
User Journey Mapping
Mapped user behaviours and expectations to shape clear pathways through the site, making it easy for visitors to explore the product range, understand key benefits and discover where to buy
UX/UI Design
Designed a vibrant and accessible interface that reflects Que Bella’s playful personality while presenting products in a clear, engaging and easy to navigate way
Figma Prototyping
Developed interactive prototypes in Figma to test layouts, interactions and user flows before development
Statamic CMS
Implemented a flexible and user friendly CMS, allowing the Que Bella team to easily manage products, content and future updates
Hosting
Delivered reliable and scalable hosting to ensure strong performance and a smooth experience for visitors across regions
