Rebranding and marketing of an
iconic, luxury UK jewellers
Leonard Dews
The Project
With a rich heritage dating back to 1877, Leonard Dews Jewellers has an enviable reputation for the finest diamonds and most exquisite jewellery and watches in Northern England. Boasting some of the world’s finest watch brands, including Patek Philippe, OMEGA, TAG Heuer and Longines, they are unrivalled in the region for selection and choice.
The Objectives
A company with such a rich heritage deserved a special brand. At first glance the logo icon seems obvious and cliched – a simple diamond for a jewellery business. This is in fact a monogram. An amalgamation of the letters L and D and was a fresh take on the original logo. Paired with the luxurious FF Siena typeface and a worthy enough tag line the result was a logo that oozes sophistication and distinction.
We worked in partnership with the team to grow regional awareness of their brand and customer value proposition; to increase loyalty, repeat visits and average customer spend of existing customers; to attract enquiries and sales from new customers; to demonstrate growth and momentum; and to generate new revenue and achieve a significant return on investment.

"Working with Hotfoot is a real pleasure. We started to see results within weeks of them taking over our social and Google accounts and our new branding and advertising is incredible, breathing new life into our company image.
"It’s wonderful to work with a Lancashire business, and one that takes a real interest in our industry. Guy, Charlie and the team really are diamonds!"
