The challenge

CNWL is one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK, with almost 9,000 staff providing integrated community and inpatient healthcare to a third of London’s population, as well as Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

Hotfoot were selected to create a stand-alone website to help provide a more seamless user journey solely focused on the charity’s offering along with the ability to integrate platforms.

The Strategy

For CNWL NHS Charity, we created a clear website strategy that defined priority audiences and aligned the site to measurable goals.

Acquisition and engagement
Develop a website that facilitates seamless donor journeys, integrates fundraising tools, and prioritises user experience

Support Fundraising Initiatives
Integrate and implement analytics and campaign tracking tools (e.g. pixel tracking, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar) to track and analyse user behaviour, conversion rates, and campaign performance, and income generation

Increase Brand Visibility
Use SEO best practices to make sure the site ranks well on search engines and effectively communicates the charity’s mission

Promote the Charity’s Goals
Showcase the charity’s impact on patients, staff, and communities through compelling content, media, and case studies

The results

The result is a focused, purpose led platform designed to increase donations, boost campaign visibility and clearly communicate the charity’s impact. The brand was brought to life using a vibrant colour palette along with fun and engaging illustrated motion graphics.
