The Project

The Citizens Advice service offers practical, up-to-date information and advice on a wide range of topics, including; debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems. They needed a fit for purpose website that was great looking and easy to manage.

Our brief was to completely redesign the Citizen’s Advice digital experience, better communicate the organisation’s unique purpose and the specific support it offers to people in our region.
