We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our award-winning team of specialists.
Hotfoot Design is a creative and digital agency based in the beautiful Grade II Listed Storey building in the centre of historic Lancaster (just down from the train station, right next to Lancaster Castle) with lovely views of the city and a café bar on the ground floor.
As an integrated agency, we offer a broad range of related services all under one roof – including brand strategy and design, marketing campaigns, website design and digital marketing.
We work with ambitious clients in a range of specialist sectors including hospitality and leisure, luxury retail, health and beauty, advanced manufacturing, professional services, technology, the arts, charity and public sector.
Our clients range from iconic brands and large organisations to growing SMEs and start-ups across the UK and beyond, including the NHS, Rolls-Royce, DCC plc, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company and many others.
The role
This is an important role in our agency that combines strategic thinking with hands-on practice.
You will be responsible for helping communicate what makes our clients unique to their target audiences across multiple channels.
Working with our directors and team of designers, web developers and marketers, and in close collaboration with our clients, you will help to manage, optimise and produce everything from digital PR, social media, SEO, print and email marketing campaigns through to brand tone of voice and website content.
You will be involved with new business pitches, networking events and helping to nurture new and existing relationships so our current and prospective clients understand the value we can add to their brands.
You be bright, enthusiastic and full of ideas. You will be good at focusing on the task at hand, juggling competing priorities, and producing great quality work.
Our clients depend on us to deliver for them every day, and you’ll relish the opportunity to help them smash their goals.
Experience of working within a design, digital and/or marketing agency will be very advantageous.
To help you hit the ground running, we’ll set you up with a beautiful Mac and provide you with the support you need so you feel right at home.
