The bit about us.

Hotfoot is a multi-disciplinary agency based in the beautiful Grade II Listed Storey building in the centre of historic Lancaster, next door to a really big castle (you can’t miss it) and overlooking stunning views across our lovely city. We also have a café bar on the ground floor because… coffee.

As an integrated agency, we offer a broad range of related services including strategy, brand identities, website design and development, digital marketing campaigns and design for print.

The bit about you.

When it comes to the nitty-gritty of work, you’re an experienced and talented multi-disciplinary, problem-solving creative designer with a mix of brand, print and digital skills. On a personal level, you’re relaxed, nice to be around and sometimes you’re even quite funny.

Is it you we’re looking for? Let’s see

• You know your stuff: 5+ years of agency experience
• You have an exceptional portfolio that showcases your best work
• You know all the main tools of our trade (Adobe CC, Figma, etc.)
• You’re a good listener and a good talker. Team members and clients get you, and you get them… even on a miserable Monday morning
• You’ve got things under control. You may be a creative spirit, but your attention to detail is spot-on
• You know all about project management, budget constraints and scheduling
• You’re comfortable working in close communication with the creative director
