We’re pleased to share the launch of the new brand identity and website for Skills4Housing, the latest specialist training provider from our long-standing client Skills4Group.
The launch marks the latest milestone in a strategic partnership that has helped the organisation successfully expand into new sectors through a scalable brand architecture and digital platform.
Skills4Housing has been launched ahead of new legislation coming into force in October 2026 that will raise professional standards across the housing and property sector. The new brand extends Skills4Group’s apprenticeship and professional training offer into housing, supporting employers and professionals with accredited qualifications and ongoing development.
We were originally appointed to develop the Skills4 brand strategy, visual identity, brand architecture and digital platform, creating a unified family of specialist brands including Skills4Pharmacy, Skills4Science and Skills4Dental.
Built on a single, centrally managed platform, the system enables Skills4Group to launch new sector brands quickly and consistently while maintaining a coherent customer experience.
Skills4Housing is the latest example of that approach in action, extending the Skills4 brand into a fourth specialist sector.
The strategy has already delivered measurable results. According to the latest UK Government Education Statistics, Skills4Pharmacy finished 2025 as the UK’s leading provider of Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant and Level 3 Pharmacy Technician apprenticeships, with apprenticeship starts increasing by 43% and 65% respectively year on year.
Marcus Hook CIHM Dip RSA, Head of Development for Skills4Housing, said: “Hotfoot has been instrumental in bringing the Skills4 family of brands to life, and Skills4Housing is another great example of that partnership. They understood how to extend our brand into a new sector while keeping everything connected, and the success we’ve seen across Pharmacy, Science and Dental gave us real confidence to launch into Housing using the same approach.”
Charlie Haywood, our Creative Director, said: “From the outset, we wanted to create more than a single brand. We developed a scalable brand architecture that would allow Skills4Group to grow into new sectors while maintaining a consistent identity and customer experience. It’s fantastic to see that strategy continue to deliver, with Skills4Housing becoming the latest addition to an increasingly successful family of specialist brands.”
Skills4Housing is the fourth specialist brand we’ve created for Skills4Group, reflecting the organisation’s continued investment in high-quality apprenticeship training across regulated sectors and demonstrating the value of building brands with long-term growth in mind.
