The challenge

Jonic is a pioneer in providing the best quality custom made mattresses and bed linen for any vehicle within the leisure industry, from campervans to motorhomes.

From our first conversations with Nicky and Emma, it was clear that Jonic was about far more than just making hand-made mattresses.

As a family-run business built on knowledge, trust, and exceptional customer service, they needed a brand and a website that captured the personality behind the business. Together, we developed a design brief focused on bringing their story to life and creating an online experience that would help customers buy with confidence.

The strategy

The strategy centred on repositioning Jonic around the comfort, freedom and adventure of life on the road.

Alongside improving the online buying experience, the new brand and website were designed to tell the story behind the business, highlight the benefits of British-made and custom-made products, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Educational content, stronger product storytelling and improved search visibility worked together to build trust and support customers throughout their buying journey.

Brand identity
We created a premium and trustworthy brand identity that reflects Jonic’s family heritage, product expertise, and commitment to quality. The new visual system helps differentiate the business in a competitive market while building confidence with customers.

UX design and ecommerce development
We designed and developed a responsive ecommerce website that makes it easy for customers to find the right mattress for their vehicle and travel lifestyle. Combining expert guidance, educational content and a streamlined purchasing journey, the site helps customers buy with confidence and enjoy greater comfort on every adventure.
