Lancaster City Council is the largest district in the north and employs nearly 1000 people.
We were required to produce a print campaign to encourage people who wouldn't normally vote. The campaign included advertising, press ads, leaflets drops and exhibition materials.
The campaign was first launched in 2008 and was so successful it has been used every year since.
