Jobsgroup, sister company to Jobsite, based in Heysham were struggling to find good quality sales staff and without much of a local presence it made the process a whole lot more difficult.
BRIEF
Working closely with their in-house marketing team we tasked with creating design concepts for a new local recruitment campaign that included 48 sheet billboards, window displays, flyers, and busbacks.
RESPONSE
The campaign helped create 20 new posts within only 2 months of the campaign being launched.
