ICS (Independent Contractor Services) are one of the UK's leading accounting and administration consultancies and have helped many hundreds of contractors working in dozens of industry sectors – their clients work with some of the biggest brands in the world including Jaguar, Shell, Lloyds, Britvic and Chevron.
BRIEF
We were tasked with creating a brand refresh whilst retaining the campany's core values of trust, care, and compliance. The brand personality was to be laid back but professional and ICS was to be positioned alongside two other market leaders. There was a further requirement for the website to perform better than it had been.
RESPONSE
Sales have increased and the first quarter of 2011 was their best in the company history - figures show the company grew by almost 20%. The updated website has performed better then ever with bounce rate dropping by 30% and a greater increase in leads directly from the site has been achieved. We continue to enjoy working closely with ICS on ongoing print and digital projects.
